Fullmetal Alchemist

Rarely do I watch a show and instantly fall in love with it, but the story behind Fullmetal Alchemist really moved me. Edward and Alfonse are brothers gifted with their father’s aptitude for alchemy. When their mother dies, they resort to forbidden arts to bring her back and pay for it dearly. The show is ripe with emotional depth and character development, not to mention brilliant displays of pseudo-magical anime. Too bad it only comes on once a week at midnight…
