It’s no secret; I’m a vampire fan. I always have been. I play Vampire: The Masquerade, I can’t watch Interview With A Vampire enough, and I was an avid fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer from its first season until it ended. It shouldn’t come as any surprise, then, that Angel was an instant favorite. The show concerns a remorseful vampire of 200+ years and his (mostly) human posse of do-gooders who battle the forces of evil in Los Angeles. A bit cliché, perhaps, but the plot and the action are both top-notch nonetheless. Overall, the show has the same flavor as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, although it is distinctively more mature. Until it ended, Angel was easily my favorite show on television. For additional information about the show, check out this Angel website. | ||||
